Yoga in the Outdoors

Description

Start your morning right with relaxing stretching and breathing in the fresh northern Michigan air. Join us on Thursday, September 13 at 10 am for a rejuvenating hour of outdoor yoga.  This is a rain or shine event, stretching out at the dock if it is shining and under the pavilion if it is raining. All ages and abilities are welcome and bring a mat if you have one.  There is a $5 per person cost to this program.  For more information visit grassriver.org.  The entrance to Grass River Natural Area is at 6500 Alden Highway, Bellaire.
