Connie Misico of Elk Lake Cloral will lead this hands-on workshop. A 12" wreath frame, wire and instruction are provided FREE of charge. YOU provide your own greens and decorative touches. Please call the library to REGISTER at 231-264-9979. Open to the first 10 people who register.
