Guests will enjoy a 3-course dinner with food by Allie Gualco from Ames Street Cafe paired with BOS wine. This amazing Elk Rapids Collaboration Dinner is a great way to celebrate your Holidays! Seating is limited.
Menu (each course will be paired with BOS Wine)
First course - Warm winter salad - Shaved Brussel sprout salad with roasted king orchard butternut squash, king orchard honey crisp apples, and a maple miso vinaigrette
Second course - Up North Heritage Farm pork collar steak, served with garlic confit mashed potatoes & haricots verts
Third course- maple crème brûlée with candied cranberries. Made with local maple syrup from Out of the Woods Farms
