Have you ever wanted to learn how to analyze wine? Now you can!
Join us for a Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT) class where you learn about how tannins, acids, sugar and body all interact to produce a final product. Different than a wine tasting you may have done before, this class will guide you in a structured format on how to record what you see, smell and taste.
