Join WaterFire and Smoke & Porter for an evening of culinary delights and tastefully paired wines! Chef Henry Bisson shares his love for food with an expertly crafted four course dining experience. Chantal Lefebvre, WaterFire Vineyards owner and winemaker, will also be joining you to help walk you through the nuances of the pairings. $80 Prix Pix, Thursday, March 23rd at Smoke & Porter in Traverse City.
