Walk of Art Sculpture to be Unveiled

Description

The student created "Woodland Creatures" display will open with an unveiling ceremony at the Walk of Art sculpture gallery in the Elk Rapids Day Park on South Bayshore Drive.  Community members are invited to attend the ceremony featuring the work of area students ages 8-12 who participated in a clay workshop presented by Blackbird Arts and underwritten by Art Rapids!  Clay artist Phil Wilson led the students in their exploration of the Walk of Art sculptures and creation of clay creatures for display.
