Description

Author Thomas McGuire joins us to discuss the beauty and intrigue of the Alaskan wilderness and read from his latest novel "Steller's Orchid". The novel follows John Lars Nelson's 1924 travels to the remote Shumagin Islands in search of a mysterious orchid described by a naturalist in 1741 and never again seen.
