Autumn Greetings to All ~
Communication (or lack of it) is often a cause of dissatisfaction, disengagement and frustration. It can lead to relationship breakdowns, corporate collapses and world wars.
Please join me as I lead a class on "Stress-free Communication and Connection". We will spend the afternoon thinking about how healthy communication decreases physical and emotional stress. Learn new practical skills you can use in your daily life. Content will be based upon "Keep Your Love On"
