Stand Up Paddle Yoga Workshop
Description
All are welcome! Bring your own board and paddle or rent one. Meet for an overview of paddle basics & safety. We will cover turn and paddle techniques. Then experience a creative sequence of yoga uniquely designed for paddle boards, ending with the incredible experience of floating savasana. It is easy!! This is Pure Michigan!
