Night of the Insects! at Grass River

Learn about fascinating nocturnal insects that come out at night, with a presentation followed by a hike in the dark to find these amazing bugs.

 

Left-behind traces, such as tracks in the snow or sand, leave a picture of what's been there. We will take a short hike around the center to find natural materials, then we'll combined them with some surprising recycled materials to create our own unique "Nature Handprints" to learn the art of printmaking.
