Description
Witness the crowning of Miss Elk Rapids 2016 at the 87th annual Miss Elk Rapids Scholarship Pageant. Entrants between the ages of 17 and 21 will compete in interview, casual modeling, talent, and evening gown for the opportunity to represent Elk Rapids and Harbor Days at festivals and special events around Northern Michigan. The theme this year is "The Roaring Twenties"
