The Elk Rapids District Library and InMotion Chiropractic invite people of all ages and abilities to Mindful Motion: Chair Yoga + Functional Movement Assessment, a free exercise program to be held on Tuesday, June 18th at 11 a.m. at the Edward C Grace Harbor Pavilion.
