Join us for a reading and discussion led by award-winning writers Helen Raica-Klotz: Superior Stories (fiction): Helen’s fictional stories explore the lives of people who live in the northernmost region of Michigan, the Keweenaw Peninsula.
Melissa Seitz: Brian Aura Blues (creative nonfiction): Melissa shares the personal story of her grand-mal seizure, which leads to the discovery of a brain tumor and its effects on her life.
Deepwoods Press will also be selling signed copies of “A Passion for Books,” featuring theartwork of Glenn Wolff and the writing of Jerry Dennis, onsite.
All book sales and proceeds from “A Passion for Books” will be donated to the Elk Rapids Library.
