Pheasant Confit paired with Estate Riesling

Third Course
Lamb Pastrami paired with Venetian
Beet sumac reduction, yogurt, caraway oil, watercress, pickled shallot

Forth Course
Duck Lasagna paired with Incognito
Duck ragu, semolina pasta, spinach, mushrooms, basil cream, broccolini, cured egg yolk

Fifth Course
