Are you thinking about owning a home? Wondering what steps to take? Free Homebuyer Education Workshops are offered at Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency (NMCAA) located at 3963 Three Mile Rd., Traverse City. NMCAA is a certified HUD housing counseling and MSHDA Homeownership agency. Workshop dates are:
Mon. Nov 2 5:30-9:30 (Part 1)
Wed Nov 4 5:30-9:30 (Part 2)
Sat Nov 14 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m. (Part 1 and 2)
Mon Nov 30 5:30-9:30 (Part 1)
Wed Dec 2 5:30-9:30 (Part 2)
Both sessions are required for the certificate of completion.
