Sierra Bigham of Bear Earth Herbals will help us survive and maybe even thrive this winter by educating us on herbs that can help us get through the winter with a healthy, well-nourished mental and emotional outlook.

Many folks have heard of taking St. John's Wort for seasonal depression (which we will talk about), but there are SO many other herbs that can help bring our minds and nervous systems into balance. We will cover simple ways to incorporate these herbs into your daily routines.

Participants will have an opportunity to make their own personalized winter tea blend.
