Harbor Days Festival KIDS DAY

KID’S DAY: FRIDAY, AUGUST 4

• 8-12 noon Farmers Market at the Elk Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce/Rotary Park on US 31
• 8 a.m. Ballin’ at the Bay 3×3 Basketball Tournament on the tennis courts in Veterans Memorial Park. Presented by Elk Rapids High School. Pre-registration is required and concessions are available. Click here to register online
• 9:00-5:00 p.m. The Champion S.A.I.L. (Success Always Involves Learning) exhibit and Rides
• 10 a.m. – 12 noon Diaper Derby and Toddler Trot under the tent in Veterans Memorial Park
• Noon – 9 p.m. Civilian Ops Laser Tag located on the library grounds
• 10:30-12 Noon Junior Knight & Princess Quest onthe Library grounds.
• 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Food Truck Garden Open at the corner of Spruce and River Streets, across from Veterans Memorial Park
• 12 noon – 2 p.m. Kid’s Day Games for children through age 10. Located at the west end of Veterans Memorial Park.
• 12 noon – 4 p.m. Sand Sculpture Building Contest on Veterans Memorial Park Beach.
• 12 noon-4 p.m. Cornhole Tournament – Located at the east end of Veterans Memorial Park.  Presented  by the Elk Rapids Softball Team
• 1:00-3:00 p.m. $100K Hole in One Contest – Qualifying Rounds
• 2:00 p.m. Penny Scramble on Veterans Memorial Park Beach. Sponsored by AMVETS Post 114.
• 2:30 p.m. Swan Race presented by The Place Promotional Products & Apparel. Race starts at the river on Cedar St. and swan numbers can be purchased at Wednesday Evening on River Street events or at 124 River St. v
• 3 – 11 p.m. Arnold’s Amusement Carnival Open. Hosted by the Elk Rapids Lions Club.
• 4 – 6 p.m. Music in the Park on the Entertainment Stage. Located at the west end of Veterans Memorial Park. Featuring Oh Brother Big Sister
• 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Harborun Packet Pickup and registration in the tent in Veterans Memorial Park.  Application can be found HERE
• 7:00 p.m. Fireman’s Waterball Contest. Located at the east end of Veterans Memorial Park. Hosted by The Elk Rapids Township Fire Department.
• 7 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. Beverage Tent featuring Bronk Brothers sponsored by AMVETS Post 114
• 7:00 p.m. Harbor Voices at First Presbyterian Church
• DUSK Boat Lighting Contest and Display in Edward Grace Memorial Harbor. Presented by Elk Rapids Yacht Club
• 9:30 p.m. Movie in the Park – “Moana”
