International Day of Yoga | Yoga Day 2022
International Day of Yoga will be celebrated on Tuesday June 21, 2022, with the theme 'Yoga for Well Being”As the pandemic continued this year, many people suffer from anxiety and depression, even though lockdown has softened in most parts of the world. Having a consistent yoga practice helps us stay energetic, healthy, increases immunity and most of all strengthens our mind/body connection.
At ERYF we care about all of you and your Well Being so we are offering FREE yoga classes on this special day.
Make sure you sign up early space is limited for In-Studio classes.
In-Studio classes will also be offered virtually via Zoom.
