Description
Mindfulness and Relationships Join us in the Meeting Room at the Library for a conversation about mindfulness with special guest Sokuzan. Sokuzan is a master of awareness for over 40 years. Sokuzan teaches and works with students at SokukoJi Temple/Monastery, drug rehabilitation centers, prisons and leads seminars on meditation and the arts. Come learn how to learn techniques on mindfulness practice.
