Join Elk Rapids Yoga Flow as we welcome Yoga instructor/Yoga Therapist, Yvonne Maes-Nazareth for this 2 hour Workshop.

Turn on the light inside of you, bringing brightness and a sense of light to your life.  The light brings clarity and an ability to "see" everything better, especially during trying times of life and as we enter into the winter months of darkness.  

In this Workshop, we will use the tools of yoga, specifically; asana, nyasa, pranayama and visualization, to illuminate your internal light.  Let's work together to provide you with the ability to switch the darkness into light and bring a lightness of being to your internal environment.  It's there inside, let's turn it on!
