Thursday, February 2nd, 6:30-7:30pm
Join us as Dave talks with Justin Wierema of Up North Heritage Farm about Salumi and Riesling. Each guest will sample salumi paired with a tasting of 3 BOS Rieslings. Dave and Justin will spend 30-40min in discussion and then open up for Q&A.
