The word Chakra is a Sanksrit word meaning “wheel” or “circle,” and it refers to the individual circular spinning wheels of energy located throughout the body. The Chakra System is a complex network of energy channels connecting these wheels and is mapped throughout the whole body, much like a spiritual nervous system.  This workshop is designed to introduce you to the seven “main” chakras in the body and ways to align them through sound, mantra and meditation, and the evening will feature crystal singing bowls, chants and meditations that are specially tuned to each chakra.

The Chakras are vital, life-force energy centers which are key to balancing all levels of well-being . When your Chakras are balanced and in harmony with one another, your energy will flow smoothly, inviting more calmness and inner peace into your life.  Let Mari be your Spirit Guide as you journey through the seven chakras to find that precious inner peace.
