Book Signing and Board Games with Karin Beery

Elk Rapids-based author Karin Beery is hosting an afternoon of book signing and board games this weekend to celebrate the release of her second novel, Practically Married.
"Sometimes book signings can be intimidating," Beery said. "It's a chance to meet an author, but what do you say and how do you act? I thought combining a book signing with a chance to play some of my favorite board games would help create an atmosphere where we can chat and get to know each other beyond just me signing my name in a book."
Beery will be at Table 12 Coffee House & Christian Bookstore at 3211 Garfield Road, Traverse City, from 12–2 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2019. Books will be available on site, as will board games (though people are invited to bring their favorite games as well).
