Artist Mary Guntzviller Teaches Art Classes At Twisted Fish

Artist Mary Guntzviller will be teaching at Twisted Fish Gallery Wednesday afternoons this winter.
Classes start Jan. 11 and run through Feb. 22. They'll be held in the Cottage Gallery at Twisted Fish, 10443 S. Bayshore Drive, from 1 to 4 p.m. each week. Each class costs $40 and students can sign up for as many as they want. Call (231) 264-0123 to register.

 

Guntzviller is a beloved and accomplished artist from Antrim County who uses humor, patience and creativity with her students. The classes are appropriate for all skill levels and a different technique will be taught each week. She  has been teaching for more than two decades, and will share her knowledge of  drawing, shading, colors, perspective and life in general.

 

"Mary's detailed instructions are very helpful," said student Dorothy McCormick, of Acme. "She does demonstrations, she shows us how to do it."
